Returns & Refunds

Timeframe:
Customers have 14 working days from the date of delivery to notify us of any dissatisfaction or request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• There must be no signs of damage, modification, or misuse.
• Proof of purchase must be provided (e.g., order number or receipt).

How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at mhpercussionltd@gmail.com or +1 (868) 725-7865 within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defect in the product.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. Please notify us within the 14-day window and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized steelpans are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
